Our Mud Bay Return Policy:
While we hope you’re completely satisfied with the items you purchased, we’ll also gladly accept returns of any product that you tried with your pet that didn’t meet your expectations. Please visit your nearest Mud Bay to give us a second chance to find the right solution for your pet.
When returning in store, please bring in the receipt or order confirmation email/order number, a valid state driver’s license or identification card and the matching form of payment used for the order for a refund back to your card. If you don’t have a receipt or the matching form of payment with you, we will issue a refund for store credit.
